Violência urbana em fim de século: um enfoque do Brasil

Abstract

RESUMO Reflete sobre as transformações tecnológicas do fim do presente milênio, mostrando que não houve uma contrapartida em termos de humanização. A partir desse quadro, trata da questão do desemprego e da violência urbana no Brasil, acentuando alguns aspectos do problema, como a influência da globalização e da informação. Lastreado em diversos autores estudiosos do problema, analisa a causalidade de tais problemas. Studies the technological changings at the end of the millenium, contending that there was not a counterpart of humanization at that process. From this remark, analyzes the problem of unemployment and urban violence in Brazil, stressing some aspects of that issue such as the influence of the so called globalization as well as the information. L’auteur réfléchit sur les transformations technologiques de la fin de ce millénaire en montrant qu’il n’y a pas eu de contre-partie en terme d’humanisation. A partir de ce cadre, il traite du problème du chômage et de la violence urbaine au Brésil, accentuant quelques aspects du problème comme celui de l’influence de la mondialisation et de l’infomation. Il s’appuie sur divers auteurs qui ont étudié la question et analysé la causalité de tels problèmes.
