Abstract

The main objective of this article is to heuristically outline some paths for a sociological analysis of Freud's psychoanalytic theory. Especially in terms of understanding the author's concept of society, observing how he developed it in his writings and to what extent this concept is still valid. In order to, ultimately, highlight the ways for a systematization of what a priori is called in this article by a “Freudian social theory”.
