Based on a dialectical-qualitative literature research, the following study proposes to reflect on sexuality and gender issues in a social-cultural perspective and from the point of view of Women, Family, and Human Rights Ministry Palace. In this respect, we intend to break with the hetero-normative, chauvinist discourse promoted by federal government executive officials, so aiming to diffuse human rights as being inherent to all people regardless of race, color, gender, religion, ethnicity, language or any other condition. We need to break up excluding speeches and ensure the right to life and freedom, without distinction of any kind, as well as to reinforce that public officials must counteract any discriminatory practices that go against human rights.
